What we collect
Only what you choose to send us: your name, business name, phone number, email address and details about your business.
Why we collect it
- To reply to your enquiry and prepare a sample or quote.
- To build and maintain your website if you become a client.
- To send invoices and service messages.
Enquiry form
When you send the form on our contact page, your answers are passed to our form service (Web3Forms), which emails them to us so we can reply, and WhatsApp opens with your message ready to send. Enquiries are kept only as long as we need them to deal with your request.
Website hosting
This website is hosted by Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes technical information about each visit, such as your IP address and browser type, to deliver the pages and protect the site from attacks.
Web3Forms and Cloudflare process this information on servers outside South Africa, under their own data protection terms. We use them only to run this website and to receive your enquiry.
We use AI tools to help design and build websites. Your enquiry details aren't put into those tools.
Website statistics
This website doesn't currently use visitor statistics, tracking cookies or advertising trackers.
Who we share it with
We don't sell or rent your information. It's only shared with service providers needed to run your website, such as domain registrars, our website host (Cloudflare) and our form service (Web3Forms).
Your rights
You can read our terms of service for how client work is handled. You may ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us using the details above. You may also lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa.
